1960s
Foundation of the Mechanical
Workshop Sala Francesco
Francesco Sala starts a small artisan workshop in Prezzate di Mapello (Bergamo), specializing in small metal parts.
1989
Birth of SALA S.r.l.
His son Fabrizio founded SALA S.r.l., which focused on the production of hexagonal nuts, transforming the craft business into an industrial process.
1991
Entered the automotive sector with the molding of nuts and bushings for projection welding.
1992
Establishment of SALA S.T.F. S.r.l.
Roberto Sala founded SALA S.T.F. S.r.l., a company dedicated to the production of plates, optimizing production processes thanks to the experience he had gained.
1995
Launch of SALA ITALDADI S.r.l.
Paolo Sala, Francesco’s third son, founded SALA ITALDADI S.r.l., acquiring his father’s workshop and specializing in the molding of square nuts.
